    Fred S. Bailey is the Founder and Managing Director of Gideon Arktos, a client first minded cybersecurity and resilience consultancy. He brings more than two decades of experience protecting critical systems and infrastructure across government and industry. Before founding Gideon Arktos, Fred served in leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where he directed the integration of threat intelligence with physical and cyber security regional operations to secure critical infrastructure. His work focuses on helping organizations integrate cybersecurity, resilience planning, emergency management, and risk intelligence to strengthen operations and safeguard innovation in an increasingly complex global environment.
